Today we went to Derick's baseball game and he hit his first HOMERUN!!!!! It was very exciting. This pitcher was really fast too and Derick was swinging for the fence. I knew if he connected with it, it would go far and it did. He had both hands up in the air as he crossed home plate. He was so proud of himself. Then we came home and worked on the backyard. We did some drains and laid weed barrier and 2 1/2 inch drain rock. I am so sore and tired. But it was worth it.

Setting up the slide!!!

This past Wednesday the kids had a day off. Even though it was not very warm outside they were begging to put up the waterslide so we did. They were a little cold at times but had a fun day with their friends.

Giants game

We went with some friends to a San Francisco Giants game. It was suppose to be freezing cold so we were prepared with big winter coats and our MARINER blanket, but it was so warm. I didn't even put on my jacket.

This was the drunk guy sitting in front of us. The guys had his guy believing that if he bought a churro the Giants would do better. This is him with his churro, what a dork!!!! Very entertaining though.

Happy 40th Birthday Maria!!!!

For my friends b-day she wanted a "Fun Run" where everyone met and went for a jog through the vineyards and such and then ended back at her home where some of the husbands fixed a huge breakfast.

My pimpin' Van

That's what my volleyball boys call the van. Our minivan just broke down and needs a new engine and so instead of fixing it we are looking for a new minivan. While we are looking my friend and visiting teacher is lending me this one. My kids LOVE IT!!!! they call it the bus. They want me to take them to school in it and everything. I have to admit it is very roomy in it but is a little too big. The other day I was driving to Target with the 2 little ones and Olivia started crying. So usually I'd reach back and hand her a cracker or her sippy cup. Well There is like 4 feet in between me and her and so I started tossing crackers back to her. Some she caught, some not so lucky. It totally cracked me up. I took it to a volleyball match yesterday and my boys loved it. They want to rent it for prom. NO WAY!!!!! Anyways just wanted you to see what I've been rolling around in lately.

Olivia found a friend and so that entertained her most of the time.
